3nity Global is a global management consultancy firm with operations in Europe and African countries. Our journey started in Luxembourg. We were founded in 2014 by seasoned professionals who had previously worked for top consulting firms and global financial institutions.
We deliver transformation, governance, and operating-model engagements focused on value protection, regulatory compliance, operating-model design, and execution governance within short, high-intensity mandates.

Kabanga Michel KAYEMBE
Michel leads product innovation and strategic partnerships, focusing on AI-driven solution delivery. A former Partner at Kurt Salmon, he also held key positions at Arthur Andersen and EY Luxembourg.
Master degree in finance from HEC Liege (Belgium) and Bachelor degree in applied economics from UC Louvain FUCaM Mons (Belgium).
Marie Tshilanda KALONDJI
Marie coordinates sales, marketing, and communication activities, supporting key initiatives led by the CEO. She brings extensive cross-industry experience from her roles at Telindus and Post Luxembourg, spanning project management and operational support.
Master degree in Economics from Namur University (Belgium) and Project Management Certificate from Centre De Recherche Henri Tudor (Luxembourg).
Henri Prince AGBODJAN
Henri is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving cross-border sales to sustain 3nity Global's growth. He brings a wealth of international experience from leadership roles at Oracle EMEA, NTT Luxembourg, Canon, and Ricoh Belgium, spanning from regional management to Senior Sales Director.
MBA in Executive Leadership from Dublin Business School (Ireland) and Master in eBusiness & International Marketing from HEC, Liège (Belgium).
